7th Annual Panther Service Day

Join us on for Eastern's 7th Annual Panther Service Day. Don’t miss this opportunity to serve your local-area community while networking with other EIU alumni, current students and fellow community members.

Since 2003, members of the university and Charleston communities have collaborated for the annual Panther Service Day, during which volunteers work on various projects to improve the city. The project has been a huge success and even earned statewide recognition as a recipient of the 2004 Governor's Hometown Service Award.

This year, the university is looking to expand this effort throughout Coles County. In an effort to better connect our alumni and give back to our communities, local alumni are invited to join current students and fellow community members in a series of service related projects throughout the cities and towns residing within Coles County.
